Words can't describe how much I appreciate this company, so I will just share my story and experience with them. I'm a small farmer tending close to 300 acres and during this seasons corn harvest my combine had broken down in a fairly serious way. I had to retrofit a different gearbox to the unloading auger to get it back in the field as soon as possible. I had almost everything fabricated and finished except for one peice that needed the bore of the cog enlarged and a keyway cut to accept the larger shaft that I was using. I had called close to a dozen machine shops explained the situation and everyone else either wasn't interested in the work or didn't have the tools to do the job. Finally I called Quality Maintenance and fab. I spoke with a man named Shane and explained my situation and he immediately said to bring it to the shop and that they would get it taken care of for me. I brought the pieces down to them and just an hour or so later they called me to let me know it was ready to be picked up. I was blown away by the workmanship and price. This company went above and beyond to get me back going. They even put set screws in the piece to make it more secure during operation which is a really nice touch and shows how much pride they take in their work. Long story short these people are skilled craftsman with fair prices and helped a farmer get back going when he was close to throwing in the towel.
