Recently purchased a Load Trail dump trailer from Quality Trailers, chino Valley. We special ordered it because my wife and I wanted a color that would separate it from all the others on the road.

We are very happy about the whole experience. The product itself is a high quality in design, fit, and finish.

They have parts inventory for everything you need to keep your trailer in top shape and safely on the road. If you need a trailer design for a very specific need, talk to Colt, he can fabricate a trailer you would be proud of to pull down the road. Lots of room on their spacious property to pull your Trailer RV in for chassis repairs or a quick fill of your propane tanks.

My wife and I were very satisfied with the whole process.

Broke a leaf spring pack on one side of trailer. Called to see if they had parts for mine. They had everything I needed. Bought leaf springs for both sides with u-bolt kits and a new tire. Great prices and very friendly service. Would highly recommend. Thank you for everything.

I own a b wise ultimate dump trailer. My ramp door was badly bent and the ramp cylinder was leaking. I was looking for someone that was qualified and competent. The folks at quality trailers did my repairs, matched my paint almost perfectly, in a very timely manner and at a very reasonable price. I would recommend this company for any of your trailer needs. I have been meaning to write this for sometime. it's been sometimes now.and I don't remember all the details.now. but I will say just a sucky place they were rude.and have no sense of customer service.and expensive as hell..they have a minimum charge for what ever it is. So they start at I think it was a bit over 300 hundred..and when they feel they are at that point they don't really want to call you to tell what the price will be. I asked if they would look further in to the nesasery repairs on my trailer.and call and tell me what they thought the total price would be to complete the intire job..there answer was they did not have time to look and then call me to advise me on what it would take to do all the repairs.. so let's just say they are a bad and very expensive place. and where money is the big main concern. and they don't care about the cusfermer. Just bring in a pile of money with you when you come.I am giving one star because I have to give them some sort of rateing on here. And maybe because they did get it done quickly and they did call me to tell me they have reached there minimum charge. And completeed a basic wording of a wire harnes . But they did say in not so many words. that it would stop there with no further work being done unless they were handed more less in my words a free reane.and would not look further in to what ever the trailer needed and then call to say what the total may be. How much more then there minimum charge it would be. So Don't go there find a place in Prescott for those reading this. there's a few places in Prescott thanks for reading vince
