This review is for the UPS Store here. They need to hire more people and stop turning people away on a regular basis saying that Amazon returns is “down”, or they do not have any more slots. This is super frustrating for customers who rely on UPS stores to take care of returns. They typically have one person running the entire store and the UPS store at the same time.
