Calvin and his wife do top-notch work. I have an enclosed trailer I use for work, and it's 5 years old. At the back doors, where the walls and floor were joined had rusted and broken loose. He got it cleaned up, put metal back in place, and I'm pretty sure it's stronger than it was when I first bought it, now. He also pointed something out he'd seen while he was working under it that could have been a BIG problem in another year or so, and I never would have thought to look for it. Can't say enough how much I appreciate craftsmanship...thank you, folks!

Great job on welding and fixing back of mower. Also made an attachment to reinforce our mower with heavy metal to use a large cyclone leaf and yard rake!! We couldn’t be more happy of the work and and friendliness!! We highly recommend !!

Great experience here. I had a broken dump trailer gate hinge. Calvin not only fixed it, he pointed out how the original design was poor, and how he had improved it. After leaving my trailer with Calvin, a family emergency had to take me out of town in just a day or two. Calvin must have put me at the front of the queue, because he did the job pronto after hearing of my plight -- I got the trailer back with time to spare. I would absolutely come here again, and absolutely recommend this business to anyone needing welding work.

Calvin at Radford Welding is so talented. I have seen huge custom fabricated projects leave the shop but these 2 chairs are incredible !! TY for repurposing old wheels and a seat into these killer barstools !!

I have been taking my welding needs to Calvin for the past 5 years. I own a tree company NRV Tree Guy and he recently fabricated a new dump truck bed for me and I couldn't be happier. The folks at Radford Welding are wonderful! Not only are they both a pleasure to talk with, the work is outstanding! I had an old metal decorative table that had been in a flood. Needless to say, it had gotten a bit rusty & was in pretty bad shape. I was excited when I found Calvin & the possibility of what he could do , but I had no idea my table would come back better than it was when it was new! Went to a welding shop in christiansburg, the guy was GRUMPY, to say the least. This place in Radford was the BEST! Friendly, fair price, listened to me, did the job correctly. A true artisan. My work was done in less than 2 weeks. Thankyou very much. Highly recommended
