Pleasant experience. No wait time. The young lady that was helping me at first answered my questions. I did have to ask several of times for her to speak up she speaks very quiet and softly I don’t know if that’s due to her being shy or just learning her job, but it was a great experience and then another gentleman helped me out and got us on our way.
Very clean. if you haven’t visit this location, it’s definitely worth it.

Had the chance to go visit the headquarters last Monday. I was in Clemson with my daughter, and I convinced her to take a ride with me and they did not disappoint. The facility is just top-notch. Starting with the parking lot playground, walkway into the show room And seeing the cooking deck. George, the head of sales help me find the part I was looking for to fix my bull’s-eye and then showed me the dual fire 1200 and it’s capabilities. He also brought me downstairs to where they were filming chef Greg making burgers on the deluxe Bullseye. So cool to see behind-the-scenes and Chef Gregg could not be nicer to my daughter and myself. Even gave us the burger to try, which was outstanding. George then said we are in luck that Chef John and Chef Jody were coming down to meet us. Well, I was talking to George Chef, John and Chef Jody Gregg was having a lacrosse catch with my daughter. He also gave us a tour of the whole facility And classroom. Great trip great people and an outstanding product. Someday I’ll be back to take the cooking course!

Wow. Bought a 1400 at the event. Great price and one single small scratch made it 33% cheaper. There were hundreds of people already there at 7 am and we had to wait 75 minutes in line to get is so go EARLY for the sale. Well run, great grill. Well done reqtec.

Christmas has come early. This is my second grill from them By far hands down the best all purpose grilling machine my first is still going after 5 years with no cover and straight neglect on my part and is absolute to flawless can't say enough good stuff about this company.if you buy a grill from any other company your wasting your money wish I could give more than 5 stars

I wanted to like this grill after having been recommended from a friend, but it has not worked since it was received damaged. Instead of claiming insurance, RecTeq has refused multiple attempts to make it right and just suggests that I just clean it again and again. Even though it literally caught fire and does not hold a consistent temperature since I received it. Unacceptable service and performance for a grill that’s a year old.

We own three RecTeq's. Made the trip to the Evans store in 2024 and bought the first one. We were offered pellets, grill cover, and seasonings since we saved RecTeq from having to ship our smoker. Not needing those items the associate worked with us and comped us a couple of different items. The second smoker we had shipped. For the third smoker we once again made the trip to the Evans store. In lieu of shipping a 400+ pound smoker we were offered three bags of pellets. Pretty cheap comp but ok. We told the associate we didn't need pellets but inquired about trading them out for other items. We were told we couldn't do that. When I referenced the willingness and excellent customer service we received in 2024 the associate told me there was a new owner. When I asked if he could call a supervisor to inquire about possibly trading the comp out he told me no. Since we had such a great customer experience just a year earlier I sent an email to provide feedback as I couldn't imagine a company could do such a total change of direction with customer service in such a short time. I received a reply from a "senior customer service specialist" that included I was, "free to reject the offer". I had heard rumors of the customer service slipping but was reluctant to believe them because of our own experiences. I'm a believer now. My advice would be if you want a over priced, decent smoker, that's no longer backed by excellent customer service then by all means spend your money with WreckedTec. I will no longer be a customer. Do yourself a favor and do a Google search for top pellet grills. I understand now why you can't find WreckedTec topping the list.
