Purchase was easy. I've had issue after issue since moving in. From the back door. To leaks. To loose trim around doors and windows and loose board around the fireplace.
The people who have come to deal with issues (3 large people) have mostly just left bigger messes. The back door after 'repair' has a gap in which you can see outside. It's becoming difficult to close again. I can't imagine how this even happened.
I'm just noticing today that the toilet in the master has a gap from the floor. I don't believe it's secured properly and there seems to be a small leak there which is staining the floor. The other toilet seems to be installed better.
I've temporarily taped trim in place until it can be stapled or glued in place. The pieces which have fallen off don't have any obvious signs of being secured. No staples, nails or glue
This was a huge purchase for me. I don't think I should be dealing with all these problems. I'd love to get settled but that hasn't happened yet.
I haven't turned in my "punchlist" because things keep coming up. I don't want to sign something which will relieve the business of any liability.

I went into regional homes of Jasper a couple months ago after seeing the Embark Lewis model online. I met with Virginia and she gladly let me tour a couple of models and showed me some different options that come with them. After getting approved for my loan and all, I decide to order my own Lewis and she helped me a bunch with choosing what options and colors I wanted.

Her communication was on point and she never tried to push or “sell” me anything, she just listened to what I wanted out of a home and made recommendations on what would be best for me.

My home was delivered a few days ago and while I haven’t moved into it yet I love the layout and colors that we chose, the build quality seems great so far for the price that I paid and Virginia will be getting my family and I’s business for any future mobile home purchases 🙂

I would not recommend anyone buying from this place. I purchased a home from Mitch and it has been downhill ever since. 2 months ago my home was delivered and Mitch's movers put ruts in my neighbors yard. They said they would fix it. It has been 2 months and the 80 year old man's yard they rutted up now beats this man to death while trying to mow. Mitch has not made this a priority to make this repair. He just says he cannot find anyone to do the work. Was promised French doors that we did not receive. Was promised he would order correct fridge from Lowes and have it delivered and that has not happened either. Was promised a nice built set of steps like on his lot. That has not happened either. The wrong size AC was ordered and his AC company called universal knowingly installed the wrong size breaker on my AC which caused it to trip. Since he has partially corrected the AC problem but the return is still too small. Still waiting for that to be fixed. I have pictures and text messages to back all this up. The amount of things wrong with the house is absolutely insane! If you are looking for the real salesman experience you will definitely get it here. Makes promises he cannot keep. Will tell you whatever you want to hear just to sell you a house. I could go with more but this is just a sample of the customer service you get with Mitch.
