I had pick up here. We booked load and appointment was for 6pm. I wanted check before and I came early than appointment was. I came here at 1:15pm and checked in shipping office. The guy from shipping office told me the load is here but we don’t have a paperwork yet. Your appointment is for 6:00 pm. He told me if I can come to 5:00 pm and check again and will be fast because I have just 5 pallets. Parking lot is so big and I just parked my truck by the shipping docks. I slept 2 hours to be ready for driving later because I had 450 miles for drive. I checked again at 5:30pm and they gave me a door 21. He told me your appointment is for 6:00pm so I think will be fast. I parked my truck. Very easy for park a truck because parking lot is big and this is good thing.
But what I don’t like is this. If you guys working by appointment why TRUCK DRIVERS HAVE TO WAIT?
I really don’t understand that. And the guy from shipping office told me that, like we work by appointment because you have to check in again at 5:30.
I am here, and now is 8:00pm and they still didn’t load my load. And green light is still on.
Come on guys, please give more respect for Truck drivers!!!!!
Now I have driver all night and what, you broke my whole week because you guys don’t do your job how you have to do!!!!

The best way to describe this place , it’s a bucket of piss to drown rats in. There those who follow the rules and there’s the ones that don’t. If your not in there club don’t look to being treated right. Place kinda reminds me of a jerry springer show. To much gossip and drama..

We return empty racks to Rehau. I expect delays some times getting unloaded, but sending a truck to the other side of the building and not unloading for four hours is incompetent. This business runs on fast delivery and our part of it is no different. No reason to waste a half a day of somebody's time.

The worst place for delivery. When you arrive there is no sign where to go... then finally it says that this is not a truck entrance anymore you have to go somewhere else. Then THEY tell you to park at dock 9 or 10 (as the bill says too)... including the fact that you have to find your way there. When you finally arrive the lot is full of trucks everywhere. And you have to park blindly. But then (as you parked at the door AS DIRECTED by workers and the bill) they tell you you have to go a mile away somewhere else ( which is not the address of delivery)!!!!!!!!!!....
The website doesn't give you working hours of this facility nor phone number to call and ask.
If you, people, expect delivery or some sort of package, make sure to let your main person (who actually BRINGS this stuff to you) know where to go AHEAD OF TIME!!!!!
Not the right place for the simple rules of communications!!!!!

Life threatening hazards. If addressed the leads will retaliate. HR will act smug with you. Employees will threaten you. The leads are even bold enough to snatch your personal belongings from you. All this and more from a two week experience. Also was let go when saying OSHA should be contacted.

It took 14 hours to get loaded. My co-driver sing in at 11:30 am - and they fish us loading at 1:30am in midnight and give me my paperwork at 2am in midnight. Worst Wearehouse ever

Guys don’t come here they took 18 hours to load the trailer super slow and lack of communication skills don’t know how to talk to drivers.
