I ordered a custom holster to be made for my Phlster enigma holster system. After promptly responding to my inquiries, I felt good about sending them my enigma to use to make my holster. It was received 6/18/21, and they never responded to a single one of my several inquiries after that. I received absolutely nothing from this company. They kept my money and my Phlster enigma. Nearly two years later, and I still can’t believe they would do such a thing.

I ordered a custom holster on 5/3/22 it's been pad for and I've never received despite countless emails and calls that have not been responded to by anyone form Reign Tactical.

Same situation here. Ordered a custom holster three years ago and I love it. Just placed another order a month ago and got great customer service right up to the point of placing the order. I paid the $50 rush fee and he told me it would go out next week. Three weeks have gone by and nothing. Several emails and several voicemails with no reply. My bank said that they will return the money back to me.

Unfortunately can no longer recommend. A couple years ago, I received an excellent holster from them. However, I placed an order about 6 months ago for another custom holster. $146 spent, no response to several emails or phone calls. Still hoping the owner will be willing to reach out, but I'm losing my optimism

DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY! YOU WON'T RECEIVE YOUR ORDER! This is a scam company. Ordered a custom holster 7/05/22 knowing the wait time was 8-12 weeks. Waited until 10/15/22 and reached out for an update. Called probably 15 times with no answer. Reached out through their contact form and also received zero response. Disputed charge through my bank and over a month later after filing the dispute Reign Tactical declined the dispute and my bank said issue must be handled through Reign Tactical. Again tried calling many times and using contact form still with no answer at all. Funny how you can't get a response at all but someone was able to respond to my bank and reverse my dispute.

I ordered a holster on Jan 3rd, paid for the rush and still no holster. We are over the time period by my calculations. I have sent three messages to them and no response. And now when I try to log in to check my order the website says they don’t recognize my email or password. And I just checked it a couple of days ago and it worked fine. I understand getting behind, but I don’t understand a total lack of customer service. I will happily update this, if and when there are any changes to the status.

*Update*. Just spoke with David on the phone. He said his records showed my holster shipped, so he is contacting the post office to see what happened. We know the USPS has had problems during the as a result of the pandemic. David was extremely nice and apologetic. Waiting to hear back from him.....

*Update*. I received my holster today and it is better than I expected. This thing is built like a tank. Even with the slight lapses in the customer service early on, David came through in the end with a superb product. I am changing my review to a 5 star.

Same story as most of the reviews posted within the last year. I ordered almost $500 worth of items and I’ve been waiting for seven months now and have put in countless phone calls and emails and have not received a single response in any capacity. I just want the product that I paid for seven months is long enough to wait. I will be filing a fraud claim with my credit card company and encourage everyone waiting for product in excess of six months to do the same. We need to as consumers hold companies accountable to the promises they make to us. It is not right to have such long lead times And have zero communication. I cannot speak for the product because I have not received it I have never owned a holster or any other product made by this company but their customer service is the worst in my opinion.

I've purchased two custom holsters from Reign within the past year or so and could not be more pleased. They fit perfectly and their construction is very solid. I've exchanged many emails and a phone call or two with their customer service department as well. They were able to answer every one of my questions and build exactly what I was looking for.
The folks at Reign Tactical are very kind, gracious and skilled. I highly recommend them over any other holster manufacturer.
