I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the professionalism and quality of the work performed by Justin. Justin came in on his day off and installed an alternator in my daughters car that had broken down far away from home. His skill and knowledge allowed my daughter to get back on the road in short order with confidence that her car would make the long journey back home. Justin was very personable and polite and gave reassurance to her in a stressful situation that made her feel like she was in good and capable hands. If I ever make it to Summerville, Georgia I will definitely stop in at his shop and shake his hand.

I want to express my thanks to Justin and his staff for helping me out of a bind this past week. I live in Smyrna and had family in the hospital in Rome. On my way back to Summerville Wednesday night, my car began to display Engine Hot/A/C off. I called Justin the following morning and explained that i was out of town and couldn't drive my car back to Smyrna to be repaired and asked if he could take a look at it. He told me to bring it by and he would take a look at it, but it might be the first of the following week. I had no choice, so I dropped it off, and about three hours later, I got a call that my car was ready, it had a bad thermostat. Most repair shops wouldn't have done that, but they did it for me and I really appreciate their efforts and professionalism. If anyone needs auto repair in the Trion/Summerville area, I strongly recommend you go to RPF there in Summerville. Thank you again, Justin, to you and your team.

My water pump broke on a Friday night while I was driving to my parents home for Mother’s Day and Justin and his team were able to fix my truck that Saturday so if I ever break down hours away from my home I hope to break down near this incredible business with some of the most amazing people
