The summary is that I was very happy with the work and experience, and would hire Premiere Construction for my next project. We had them do a bathroom remodel (shower and floor), and it turned out great.

Richard is communicative, a man of his word, and timely with all parts of the process from quote to finished project. I have heard plenty of horror stories about other contractors over-promising and under-delivering. Richard and Federico did a fantastic job.

Federico handled most of the installation work, and was a great help in laying out the tile and accommodating my requests. He is very skilled at his job and took his time to do things well. In my particular case, I wanted to ensure the shower walls were square so that my shower door would not have gaps. He did this nearly perfectly and his careful work made for a great final product. Federico was also careful to ensure our tile selections were installed exactly as we wanted, and ensured it would all look great.

The work was not without a few minor bumps along the way, and I think most of them could have been resolved by more two-way communication up front. For example, their approach to waterproofing is to use a paper backing followed up by a product called red guard. However, the actual application of the red guard was far from manufacturer instruction (way too thin of an application) and I suspect it was mainly a cost/time savings thing. That being said, at my request they obliged they added a second coat. This product is not required for most installations, but it was part of the reason I hired them so I wanted this done according to manufacturer instructions. I also wanted studs behind the cement board where the shower door would mount, to ensure a strong place to hang the shower door. However, the cement board was installed so quickly (usually a good thing) that no studs were placed there. Again, Richard and Federico remedied the issue and took the cement board down to install a stud before tiling. But without careful monitoring, these kinds of concerns would have gone unaddressed (and perhaps there would have been no issues at all).

Richard and his team were also very clean, and Richard even stayed after the job was done to help me clean up the garage where some minor scraps and dirt were left behind. The job site was left in better condition than it started in!

In summary, these guys do good high quality work at an appropriate price and with speed, and I would recommend them to others. I would only recommend that if there are specific installation details you are concerned about, discuss these up front.

Richard and his team - Federico and Gabriel just finished our bathroom remodel. I wish I could give more then five stars! We are absolutely thrilled. What really stood out to me was how the team respected our home...they kept it clean, fulled cleaned at the end of each work day...prepped each day just perfectly, went over every detail with us and focused on our job instead of leaving half the day to work on another project. The job was done on time and the price was fair.
The whole team was punctual and always let us know when they would get there in the morning. And they were very patient with my barking dog.
I would absolutely recommend Premier Construction for any remodel / construction job you have in your home.

Premier Construction and Home Services did a complete bathroom remodel for us. The price was fair. The project was completed in a little more than 2 weeks, except for a mirror that was on backorder. Richard made some good suggestions when we were unsure of some design details. The crew was efficient, courteous and tidy. When there were small issues with the project, Richard was quick to resolve them to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the results. We would use this firm again for a future remodel.
