We have been wanting to check out this distillery for a while (as we don't live far from Brunswick) and finally did last Saturday. We are so glad we did. Loved the old building and history surrounding downtown Brunswick where it is located. It was a great experience and our tour guide was very knowledgeable and willing to answer all questions (even with it being just her 5th day on the job -- you would never know!). It is a smaller distillery and we actually saw some bottling going on as well. They still bottle by hand so it was neat to see. We did the tasting after and of course bought a bottle of rum for the house.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at Richland Rum. We went about a week ago for the first time and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We used the Groupon deal and the staff was very accomodating. We arrived early and were able to start the tour early as well. If anyone from Richland is reading this, ROSE WAS AMAZING! She gave a great explanation of the distilling process, was kind the entire experience and was gracious enough to take photos of the group. All in all, if you want some good quality rum from a locally owned and operated business, check out Richland.

We visited Richland Rum's Brunswick, GA location yesterday. What a treat! We booked the Expressions Tour which included a tasting of 5 Expressions. The tour was approximately 30 mins and very informative. Who knew that rum distilling was so simple? The rum tasting was excellent! We purchased a bottle to take home which was uncorked as we got home.

Nice, short, but informative free tour. Paid extra for the tasting which was worth it. Very knowledgeable staff. Excellent, high quality product. Delicious rum,(and making Georgia proud!) Definitely worth a trip if you like rum! I was sad to see they don’t offer cocktails like I had seen others mention online but husband loved it & got a gift box to take home with us.

The tasting tour was informative, our guide was knowledgeable and friendly. The rums were delicious!. Would recommend the upper tier tour for the top shelf offerings.

Great experience here. My husband and I split a rum tasting then tried two of their drinks. Definitely a fun experience if you’re in Brunswick or traveling through to one of the nearby islands. Kid friendly as well!
