The best ribeyes I've ever gotten. After we moved out of the metro, we try to make a stop here for special occasions because they're that good. No other markets will compare!
Also, being able to watch them cut your ribeyes right off the slab is the best.

Our first time at this meat market.....not much in the case, but after asking if they had a chuck roast the meat market guy brought out a beautiful piece of meat, we also bought the "salt & pepper hamburger" (I pan fried these burgers for dinner tonight!! Oh my.......this was the BEST BURGER I have ever had 5 stars!!!!!! So good!!!!!! Even though we live 28 minutes away, we will be back!
I can't wait to make my chuck roast! We also bought summer sausage! Ate this on crackers this afternoon......5 stars again!! ❤️

literally the best butcher I've found. the steaks are top notch, the jerky is amazing, ground beef, bacon, stew meat all phenomenal. and VERY reasonably priced.

I don't go anywhere else anymore to be honest. I just stock my deep freezer up.
