I live 3 1/2 hours away way got referred by a friend of the owner. Sean saying they know everything about Arctic cat wildcat Xx. They charged me $1800 for a fuel pump and clutch weights and they didn’t want to give me any type of refund .Brought my car in for an idol issue and a full diagnostic. Car still ran good just didn’t idle correctly, a week later, they called me and tell me I need a new fuel pump and clutch weights so I said OK good deal put them on waited 3 1/2 weeks for my clutch weights to come in They finally called me back To come pick up my car of course it was storming so I didn’t get to test drive it, but they said they test drove it and everything was good so I loaded on the trailer when I got home card even start up so I took it back waited another few weeks and gave them a call. They said my alba tune was out of program and they were going to ship it to Alba to get flashed and I said OK week and a half passes I called back for an update And the owner got really mad at me cut me off the phone and started yelling at me saying he has other customers in front of me after my car has been there and been worked on for several months already and the problems still hasn’t gotten solved he threatened me with you can come just pick your car up right now so that’s what I did and when I confronted him in person at the shop when I picked up my car, he was very rude again and did not care whatsoever about Customer service or my car I don’t recommend anyone taking any of their vehicles there whether it’s a snowmobile any type of UTv or quad They are very unprofessional and they tell you they know everything when really I’ve been to plenty of other shops and this is the workshop I’ve ever been To

The guys at Tim County are absolute legends, they helped me get my BMW back on the road on a massive cross country tour, they are knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. Would recommend to anyone looking to buy or repair off-road vehicles

I bought a quad that had a dirty carb, busted cv boots, needed a new drive belt, new brake pads and a new fuel pump. I told Travis what I needed and they told me they couldn't give me a quote for the work. ( Complete B.S. that should have been my first sign...) I asked them to give me an order of magnitude and they said $1500 to $2K. I dropped the bike off and it took them 5 weeks just to look at it. They called me back with a quote of $4200! I obviously wasn't going to pay more than I paid for the bike. When i asked them to just change the fluids and break fluid. They charged me 730 for that work and their diagnostic work. Bob, the manager was extremely rude on the phone and tried to humiliate me for asking for a a quote and was upset with me for not doing all the work with them. It took them another 2 weeks for them to just to do the fluid work. They also informed me that my bike was no longer running. I had driven for a week on a hunting trip prior to dropping it off...when I picked up the bike, they had to load it with a forklift because it wasn't working. When I got home, I found they had disconnected the fuel pump, one of the panels was disconnected and the air intake manifold fell off. I took it back and they fixed their mistakes, but they never apologized, offered a discount or anything. They have this attitude of, "its us first and if you want our help good if not fine.". Lo and behold my bike worked once they reconnected the fuel pump. I will never work with them again

I caught a flat coming out of the mountains on my Harley and everyone there was helpful and very friendly. They patched me up so I could continue on my way. This may sound cheesy but if it wasn't for them I would be stranded and up a creek without a paddle.

I live in Buckeye, but I make the drive to Rim Country Power Sports whenever I need something for my Arctic Cat. The employees are very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They display a genuine and vested interest in my issues. Travis is always helpful on the phone and behind the counter. Sean takes customer service to the next level. I needed a fuel pump, he came out with one right away, and not only explained to me how to install it and, but even swapped the parts from my old unit to the new one right in front of me. Rim Country is second to none in all aspects of a professionally ran business.
