If I could give another star I would. I dreaded having to get a roof but they made it so easy. AJ the sales guy explained to me in full detail, every step. I had an estimate in 15 minutes. John the GM was on top of everything. He came by during the installation to make sure everything was going smoothly and professionally. Had answers to every question. The workers are RPI employed, not sub contractors. They took good care of my yard and shrubs. Moved my patio furniture and replaced everything back exactly like it was. After completion they cleaned up really really good. Made sure there were no nails in the yard or driveway. Like they weren't even there except for my awesome roof. My energy bill is already better and it looks really good. My neighbor hired them after she saw how well and smoothly things went. From initial phone call to finished roof I was completely impressed. Couldn't say enough about RPI. I felt like I was their only customer. I recommend this company 110% . And my house looks so much better. Oh....and they have excellent financing options you can choose from. Which was a game changer for me.

RPI was recommended to me by a friend. I called RPI because I had shingles falling off. Mack came out, checked my roof, gave a quote, and helped me work with my homeowners insurance and adjuster. He took time to answer all my questions, showed me where I had “trouble” spots, and just made me feel confident in making RPI my roofing choice. Everything went as exactly explained. Johnathan and his team kept in touch with me, did a great job putting on the new roof, made sure my property was cleaned up, and answered and additional questions or concerns that I may have had. The work crew arrived early in the morning on the day promised. They installed an entire new roof and did some extra repairs. They went above and beyond. At the end of the day you could not even tell that they were there. The new roof is outstanding!

The company sales person "AJ" was extremely responsive, friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone.

My new roof looks amazing! The roofers were quick, efficient, and friendly. They left absolutely no signs they were ever here except a beautiful, new roof. The price was great (way below my insurance estimate!)
