Easy dock, arrived 0840, I had “0900 appt” but it’s fcfs. off the door @ 1230. This place is getting 2 stars because the truck in front of me was in and out under two hours. Not sure why I got the shaft. Good luck

Definitely not the easiest docks to get into but I've had worse. Must back in off road. Some lines would go a long way here. With that said I was about an hour early and they put me right in a dock and got me loaded fairly fast. Friendly staff. Also light loads! I backed in first try and am only a year in so not that bad.

If I could rate a "0" I would. The customer service, sales, and shippping lacks intergrity. As a distributor after I made a complaint about my order not being correct and requested a refund. Michelle Caprella informed me that James told her to use substitutions in my order. Now I would have to talk to James about the situation. James Amatriain was not please with my request; therefore after he explained he was trying to move inventory this is why my order was changed. My response was basically that I still wanted a refund because my order is not what I order. He did not like my persistence for my refund so he had Ana Morris to cancel my prior order a day before my schedule pickup. All because I requested to be treated fair and just. I have a trail of emails, financial transactions and paperwork to verify how I was unfairly treated. I will share this truth with anyone. Beware...." don't do business here"
The Company is losing what it is suppose to stand for. John and Mary Rudolph would be ashame because they truly believed.........

Yes, the docks are small, however loading is only from the first two and if you back in off the street, it works out OK, so quit your whining and act like a grown up.

Will never pick up here again, Worst place to pick up, if companies like this who make money hand over fist would invest in there own company lease a bigger building, I'm mean really all this land in GA
