If you are looking for off road radios, intercoms and everything connected to that industry, look no further than Rugged Radios. Their headsets, intercoms and two way radios are great. I have been working with Candice in sales and I can’t be more pleased with her knowledge and kind spirit. It is rare to get a sales person that works this good with you. I had great support in getting my order together from Rugged Radios. Shipping went pretty fast and all of the equipment for my Maverick R communications system came in perfectly. I installed it in my new machine and tested it and it all works well. This is the second time I’ve used Rugged Radios and I had the helmet kit installed from my old rugged radio, and it worked just fine on the new system. I decided to place my switches between the seats and leave the front panel switches available for other things I might add later. I chose to extend the power lead from the radio to route it up over the steering wheel, so it wouldn’t be underneath where I might snag it. The antenna placement they show in the video worked perfectly for me. I have a little bit of wire routing to clean up, but I’m basically done with the install.
