Had a great experiences with both Marilynn, Gun Sales Manager and Jason (not sure of his title, but know he is a manager), they are both knowledgeable, outstanding service, and enjoyed the experience with my purchase of 2 Henry Riffles!! Plan on other purchases soon..also the donut shop coffee and spices are a great value..clean store in Bainbridge, Ga.

It is a great farm store and I wish they had them here in my Valdosta area. They have a good selection on farm items as well as guns and ammo.

They had 6 wicker chairs with the cushions. Price was laminated and zip tied to the chairs. When we got to the register, the manager refused to sell us the 6 chairs, for the price marked. He said we could get 2 for that price, but not the 6 that we needed. We will never shop at Rural King again.

My mom bought me a pair of boots for Christmas bit she bought them to small so she gave me the receipt where she bought them so I could take them back and exchange them for a bigger size when the lady got done scanning everything she told me my total was $10 and some change so I thought maybe the boot were on sale when Mt mom bought them bit they weren't on sale anymore so I paid the lady and left I get to the car and look at the receipt and see that the boot were the exact same price the $10 was an EXCHANGE FEE! I have never heard of that before any way for them to make money I'll tell ya

We drove an hour from Tallahassee and let me tell you. Worth the trip. We cut our feed bill by half! Purchased about 20bags of feed for half the cost at tractor supply. Will be coming back monthly! Please open one up in fl! Preferably Tallahassee or Monticello!

So far my experiences at this new rural king haven't been great. It took 20 minutes for someone to add my georgia agriculture tax exemption to my order at checkout. My items had to be scanned 3 different times and I was initially over charged. Then, since it's nearly an hr to drive here, I called to ask about picking up a pallet of goods since I need to get bulk. I've briefly (30 seconds or less) spoken to someone 2 times but have been on hold for over 30 minutes waiting for someone who can assist me. I just keep being put on hold, taken off and not spoken to but can hear the employees speaking, then put back on hold until finally at 32 minutes, they hung up on without a word. I called back and was told, "they have your number, they'll call you back." Extremely unprofessional
