This must be a fabulous company to work for. I arrived around time for shift change and all of the employees were walking out with their lunch pails just smiling, talking and laughing. It didn’t seem to be a quitting time joy, it seemed these folks were just relaxed and happy. All of them. I watched as they came out a couple at a time for half an hour and everyone was so at ease and merry. I hoped to purchase a box for a gift I plan on giving a youth family member who loves, loves, and loves boxes, probably more than the gift. I was disappoint in my recent past to find out the box I had planned to use had been accidentally taken to the burn pile. I called a team member at Rusken and I was treated as if I were purchasing a truck load of these. That’s saying a lot about a company and their training process, for an employee to take time to round up a box and bring it to me with a smile , when they’re usually dealing with customers like Nike and other big brands that ship a lot of inventory. So the icing on the cake. They didn’t take payment for the box. I insisted but was informed it happened to be a slight irregular but would still close just fine, but couldn’t be used for customers to ship- so I got it at no cost. What a great gesture with a great attitude! Don’t know how many items around you right now, arrived there in a box? I’d dare say almost everything but what the stork brought. That’s right, everyone uses boxes and this is the place to connect with if you use a large quantity of them for your business,or any other. They know boxes!
