I will never shop at this location again. A customer of Sally’s for almost 15 years and I have never been treated the way I was yesterday at the Sylacauga location. Since moving to AL I’ve shopped the Hoover location and will continue to make that drive to shop at Sally’s due to the incompetence and rudeness of the Sylacauga employees.

a nice employee (amber) helped me pick out a few products to remove color from my hair and for deep conditioning treatments and i am so pleased with the results! the atmosphere in this location is wonderful and the employees are so helpful and educated ❤️. highly recommend!

I walked in made eye contact with cashier, she said nothing, didn’t greet me or ask could she help me find anything. 5 minutes later another woman walks in(another race). She gets greeted and was told if she needs anything let her know. So guess what I walked out I will not spend my money where I’m treated like a second class citizen!!! I didn’t get the cashier name but the time is 2:30 pm 5/5/23… Do better!!!!!
