Awesome Sam’s Club right here … We have been shopping here for years.

Always fully stocked on everything I need … Very well organized and clean also … Bathrooms are very clean.

The employees was super nice and helpful as well.

We will definitely return to this Sam’s.

I have been a Sam's member for a long time. Before, any dog lover comes for me let me get my thoughts out. Today, I went into to Sam's club with my son who is allergic to animals. Believe me I do make sure that he stays away from all animals. I can understand service dogs but, this was not a service dog. What if this dog took a pee or something else on the floor and would the owner been ready to clean up behind her dog? The answer is: No..So, we can start bringing in any dogs into Sam's club now? I guess money over what's right is more important. Yes, I am good with true service dogs but, all dogs can open the window up to all pets. I guess it takes a lawsuit for places to change policies.

I love going to Sam’s, but today the one in Trussville surprised me. Whoever is the HR or manager should really re-evaluate the customer service of their employees. I witnessed just really random and rude employee all over the store towards the customers.
1 employee in the clothing section basically snatched clothes out of the hands of the people looking because she didn’t want anyone (myself included) messing up the folding. Then proceeded to tell us don’t look the sizes we want aren’t in there anyways. But they were and I bought what I was looking for.

2 more female employees went into the bathroom and proceeded to have such a loud conversation they could be heard from the pharmacy. Their conversation was a complete account of how gross all the customers were and how the bathroom was disgusting and how they should be ashamed of themselves.

I have cleaned up after people before. People can be gross. And should definitely learn to clean up after themselves & their children, but that doesn’t excuse their conduct.

Several customers came out of the bathroom looking embarrassed and upset.
If it is your job to clean the bathrooms, clean the bathrooms. Don’t embarrass customers to make yourself feel better. If you don’t like it get another job.

All in all if I need Sam’s items again; I will probably go to a different one.

The so called greeters aka top flight security at the door on the way out are so rude and aggressive for the type of wage they receive. As if cameras throughout the store isn’t good enough. Sam’s is on the decline and soon to go out of business as it should. Not renewing my membership where it feels like shopping at a prison with guards, is that a part of their job description? They almost chased a man down for not showing his receipt smh y’all are embarrassing.

I’m 37 weeks pregnant and I couldn’t get help putting my groceries in my car. Horrible exit greeters who didn’t want to radio anyone to help me. The woman at the member services was so sweet and professional. After using a couple choice words to get the attention of the manager I was able to get my stuff put in my truck. The woman told me it was a courtesy to help me even though I have a disability and that I could go get a manager myself. The woman was very rude and unprofessional. Better training is needed.

Very disappointed in my recent bakery purchase. I've been picking up cakes for several years now and have been pleased in the past, but recently they make you use the app to order and because of their desire to streamline the decorating they were unable to meet the needs ( due to characters not accepted in the app) that I wanted for my cake. When I picked up my order, it looked as if they had someone doing the decorating without any training. I've had many cakes made there in the past and I'm about to take my business elsewhere. It's sad that People don't care anymore !

How is this Sam’s still open? The employees are rude, freezers are always broken, fruit and vegetables are always rotten and curbside takes at least 30 minutes. Extremely frustrating every time I go. We need a Costco or new management at Sam’s.

Update5/20: have returned twice since I posted the negative review. Totally different atmosphere. Mature women with friendly and helpful personalities now running the food court and service is so much better. Thank you Sam’s for taking the time to not only respond, but also for taking action to correct the situation.

(Previous post) Would be zero stars if I could!! Stop by Sam’s in Trussville with my wife today to pick up a late lunch. Very disappointing. Ordered on the app for what I believed would be faster service. After we were finally acknowledged by an employee, she started gathering our order. So slow. She placed all of our order on the counter minus our pepperoni pizza slice and our drink cups, never said a word and walked away. After seeing she was not returning any time soon, we flagged her down to ask about our pizza. She informed us that she had no idea how long it would be on our pizza and said we should just get a cheese slice instead. By this time, my icee was half melted, so we agreed and she served it up and quickly disappeared again. We flagged her down again to ask for our drink cups which she deposited on the counter with attitude. I’m not sure why her attitude because I made sure to keep mine in check although I felt like slamming cups too. The cups were pretty much useless anyway because the drink machines were out of syrup for 90% of the drink flavors and ice was almost nonexistent. I expect so much more from Sam’s considering I pay to be member here.
