I had just purchased a condo and I wanted a number of detailed items for repair and replacement. In addition I wanted to repaint the whole condo. All of these items are completed to my happy satisfaction. Johnnie is the owner/contractor and he works with you. He helped problem solve my dimmer issue for a better solution, and I am grateful for that. I will call him again for future services. His quote is affordable and fair. Extremely impressed with the services I received with this company. A friend recommended them for a catio build.
Johnnie was thoughtful and professional and my cat even loved him!
It was finished in one day and the quotes I had previously received said it would be at least 2 to 3 days and for more than what I paid. I saved a little bit of money which is always nice but, no skimping on the work. I highly recommend him.

I used Johnnie's services to install a new vanity along with a new faucet. I also had to replace a light fixture and a few outlets and switches.

Johnnie was very easy to communicate with and was quick to respond to messages. He provided a clear time for his arrival and was on time.

Overall, Johnnie's work was impeccable. He clearly cares about his customers and doing the job right.

I would not hesitate to recommend. A reliable and fair handyman is very valuable and I plan on using Johnnie's services again for that reason.

I have been trying for 2 years to get garbage rails replaced in a custom cabinet with no success. Johnnie was able to complete the job in a timely manner and do additional needed repairs. He shows up on time and is professional. I would highly recommend to family and friends.

I used this service and very disappointed. We agreed on a given estimate. The painter showed up late, stayed for half a day and left. Never came back to finish the job despite paying almost half of the total estimate. The job is not done and quality of portion done is very poor. Do not trust at all. I am going with a true licensed contractor; not just a LLC with no license.
