You get what you pay for and Sanchez Wild Game Processing delivered amazing results. First game processor I’ve used in Arizona for mule deer and the Italian Sausage, Chorizo, and hamburger were all amazing. All the ground is 100% your deer with no fillers or added fats (so it seemed, I frequently get deer processed into hamburger with added beef fat and a mix of pork/beef for breakfast sausages). They were very helpful and accommodating due to the fact we drove from western unit 41. I brought the deer clean and quartered with no hair or dirt (as it should be). Bottom line, I highly recommend Sanchez!

Absolutely the best game processor in AZ. They are discreet on the animals they take so do your job in the field and field dressing properly and cleanly. You will be rewarded with an amazing finished product. Highly recommend

Very happy with their service! They are nice and polite, I wrote my number down, and with my horrible handwriting she couldn't read it. She tracked me down and found my correct number to let me know my meat was ready. Place is clean and family owned. Very happy with what I took home!

First time I have ever been excited about eating my javelina. Had it all made into chorizo, green chili breakfast and Italian sausage. You will have all my business from now on. Great prices and good people.

I took my sons small white tail deer in to be processed. She did a great job making it into chorizo and Italian sausage . The whole family enjoyed it!

Great to your deer and elk to be processed. My son loves beef jerky. I had to take the bag away from him cuz he would have eaten the whole bag before we got home. Coming back here next time I get an animal!
