I recently had two Suzuki engines installed on my boat recently. Despite the fact they took a week and half longer than projected and conducted sea trials, they still had to be called out to the boat twice in order to fix an issue that should have been repaired during the engine installation. Not a happy customer.

I had issues with my generator not powering both legs of my AC panel. Took it to a local yard in Pensacola. After three tries, much expense and wasted time they did not fix the problem.

I took it to Saunders, and they diagnosed and fixed the problem in less than four hours.

They are a very professional team and I highly recommend them.

Been a customer of Saunders for well over 10 years, and a few vessels. They are clearly going through growing pains, and are nowhere near the company they used to be. If you have a multimillion dollar vessel, they are still the best, and have an incredibly talented workforce. If you have a smaller vessel, well I'd advise going elsewhere. If they can get you in, they still are the best. Unfortunately to get any priority, you have to be dropping hundreds of thousands, not just 10's.

What a good time! Saw a lot of dolphins and that was when we had just set sail. Wonderful evening, well worth the money! Captain was super friendly and informative! We will go again next year.
