First time visit and now we have a membership. This is a pretty cool place. My SUMMER REINE (puppy) was nervous in the beginning but she loved every minute of it.

I started carrying Ares (our Goldendoodle) to ScentHound in Trussville for grooming. First it was his nails weren’t trimmed or he was soaking wet when we picked him up. I carried him in April and didn’t pay that much attention like I should have. I carried him to a local pet shop and a Vet was in there. He asked who hurt my puppy. He explained that the marks down his back were clipper burns. So I carried him back and talked to the people at the front desk. She claimed it was dry skin and not burns. After I picked him back up this time he was noticeably sore. I got him checked out and verified that it was burns from the clippers. He also had big red marks all down his undercarriage where they dug into him.
I found some reviews on indeed that claim they do not have much training. They are pushed to do what should be a half day grooming into 2 hours. We will never be back.

Today was our first visit to Scenthound and let me tell you this was an AWESOME experience for myself and my dog Mellow! He smells great! The staff was so friendly and great with him!! I have subscribed monthly for their services and couldn’t be more pleased with my decision to use them!! You will not regret your decision to use Scenthound Trussville ?

Very friendly & caring employees. My dog is just 1 year old & I couldn’t find anyone to groom her that could keep her calm & still. Her groomer was patient & understanding & on her 2nd visit she did so good. Highly recommend

I was greeted by a very nice young lady, Katelin who was very helpful and answered all my questions. I met the groomer who is very good at grooming. She has been grooming dogs for over 23 years. My Bode Boy looks great! Trussville location is very nice and clean.
