Am not sure whether the manager of this establishment really cares about shipping his products to their customers. Your employees are a funny lot. My appointment was at 3pm. I was told to park and wait I'll be given a dock shortly. I ent back at 8 pm and told to go to a dock but it'll be a while before am loaded. My question is, does the shipper care about appointments and the time these shipments are to be delivered.
Honestly you should do something about this. This is ridiculous

They have some room for overnight parking. I parked here overnight. My appointment time was at 0900 as soon as the workers arrived and got ready they came and woke me up to get the paperwork around 0545 put me in the door got me unloaded quickly and brought me my paperwork back by 0600. I was able to drive 4.5 hours to get to my next delivery a day ahead of schedule and able to get unloaded early. Thanks very much.

I’m checking 12:00 pm for pickup appointment at 3:30 pm they told me come back check at 3:00 pm, check in again 3:00 pm give me door but told me keep door closed at 5 pm open the trailer door loaded me at 8:00 pm very slow shipping i saw in my life . Has restroom beside shipping office I hope the shipping department resolve that problem any one comes her have no time to spend at their place thank you anyway

First of all, let me get this straight. My 2 star rating is extremely generous. I was at this facility on December 2nd, 2024. I was told by my company that my appointment was for noon. I arrived around 11:45 that morning for my noon appointment. I went inside to give pickup numbers and to check in and was immediately greeted with the phrase " your dispatch lied, we have you scheduled for a 1400 appointment." OK, cool, I'll go wait in my truck until then. 1400 come and goes. No one comes to get me. So I take a nap. 1830pm I go in to check to see what the hold up is. According to the second person, I spoke to said that the product isn't ready, and I was never officially checked in. He also stated that he would come out and let me know when they would be ready to load me. I went to bed after returning to my truck. 12:30 am I get a knock on my door telling me to go back into dock 8 and set my reefer unit to 27 degrees. 2 am. comes, and I'm finally loaded with paperwork in hand. So my advice is to all drivers coming to this facility. Pack lunch and / or dinner plus prepare to spend a 10-hour break. I spent 14+ hours just waiting to be loaded. The only reason for the extremely generous 2 stars is that they have a bathroom available and limited parking for trucks.

If you come to pick up a load be ready to take a long nap! Appointment at 4 pm is 9pm currently and still waiting good luck people.

Stay away if you’re owner operator or lease operator. You will lose your hours if you come here.. Ask the broker for more money if you ever book a load from here.. This is a good place for mega carriers like swift,marten,c.r. England and so on….

I’ve been here since 10/11/2024 15:15pm to pick up for a 16:00pm appointment time, it’s now 10/12/2024 04:40am just barely getting loaded. If you ever decide to book a load from this shipper & come pick up a load from here you definitely will be stupid if you come here because you have to play the waiting game here. There’s no compassion on getting this shipper to correct their laziness and get more efficient on doing things better. The brokers won’t let you know how long you have to wait at this place until you get here to pick up. Then when you call them they will tell you yes we have a problem with this place all the time we have drivers calling everyday and tell us the same thing overs over.. this company will reply to your bad review and tell you thank you for letting us know and still the same shit everyday. If the customer of this shipper would figure out how bad their service is on getting their product delivered and would cancel their contract with them and then this shipper would go out of business for good… just found out they’re under staff ÑO employees

First come, first serve location. Overnight parking is available for a few trucks. I got in the night before and backed into a dock door. This place opens at 6:45am. ENTRANCE is off of Mallory Rd. 🇭🇳👍🏽😎👍🏽🇭🇳

Had a appointment time for 4 pm check in at 12 pm told me to come back in and check in at 3:45 pm and they told me to wait in truck all the workers in office playing and laughing when I went back in at 7pm because I was asking how long very rude very poor service will not pick up from this location again it’s 10pm and I’m still here no word when I will get loaded .. I advise all truckers not to pick up a load here they don’t respect your time THIS IS ANOTHER WORST LOCATION THEY NEED TO HIRE SOME NEW PEOPLE they have a lot of trucks out here waiting to get loaded and they are not loading one truck open doors with no trucks in them
