Hector is a superb technician and I would highly recommend him. Thoroughly checked my AC system. Detailed what would be done and communicated each steps as he did it. He is courteous and pleasant and is a great front man representing Scottsdale air. He recommended the air handling systems as an option for me but I have two stand alone air purifiers in my home so it’s not necessary. The company will do well with technicians like Hector on the front lines dealing with customers directly. Ask for Hector when you book !

Highly recommend Scottsdale Air for all your heating & cooling needs! The Lord led me to them a couple years back when I needed a new unit & was doing my research. Not only did they have the best pricing & warranty; they are just superb in every way!!! Everyone I have dealt with has been great... from calling the office to the technicians, but today I'm giving a shout out to Jesse Devine who did my fall maintenance check up. They are always on time and often running ahead so can get you in earlier if that works for you. Today was no different... Jesse called me and the office also texted me that he was running ahead so could come approximately 2 hours earlier if that worked for me. That worked great! Jesse was very professional, friendly, attentive, respectful and thorough, knowledgeable, and super clean wearing shoe covers even.😃
He answered all my questions and explained everything he did with pictures. Even my cat loved him!😺

Jordan came out to diagnose an issue. He called ahead and said he was on his way, arrived on time, and was able to solve the problem quickly! Ashley in the office is always very helpful. I have been a customer of theirs for years. Highly recommend!

Hector S from Scottsdale Air just serviced our three a/c units. He was very professional, wore booties in the house and did a good job. Unfortunately, a pack rat has chosen to reside in our unit so he had more work than normal but accomplished the job.
I would definitely request him again.

We called them first thing in the morning when our A/C went out the night before. They had our technician, Cole, out to our house in just a few hours! He was courteous, professional, and quickly found and fixed the issue. He even helped me adjust my Nest thermostat settings to make it less complex than it needed to be. Highest recommendation, for responsiveness and quality!

I’ve used Scottsdale Air for years and purchased two systems with them. They are always quick to come out during the rare times I have an issue. I always appreciate their prompt and friendly customer service. Today I had a scheduled maintenance to make sure my system is ready for summer and Noah was very courteous, positive, and communicative. I recommend Scottsdale Air if you need service, maintenance, or a new system.
