Professional, Honest and Very good response. Simon came by our automotive shop to help us extract some steel bolts from some cylinder heads. We called him and he answered, we sent him pictures and details given over the phone. Simon showed up and fixed our problem in just a few hours. Simon exceeded my expectations given that it was the end of the day and time running out.
