Great place to pu. I've only drop/hook so can only relate that. Easy check-in and out. Everyone friendly and professional. Huge lot. Shipping on corner of left side of building (near scale). Bathroom and Coke machine. No overnight but truck stops close.

Been waiting to get loaded for over 8:40 for a 53 ft trailer this is ridiculous and when they were done late as hell they expect you to leave without any regards if there is any parking available for us nearby or within distance for us to reach. And yet they would like a positive feedback about their service, especially if the load was no where near ready to be transported,”. Beware of this place make sure yall go off duty ahead of time because you just might spend your whole day here waiting.

Arrived at guard shack at 1:48pm...still sitting at dock #407 at 6:39pm...only have 29min remaining for drive time! Just going to park it and start in the morning. EARLY!! Oh wait, they wanted this delivered at 8am and I'm 5hours from destination?! If you're a driver, then the math is simple😡

We do a lot of drop and hook here and while everyone is professional, the process of pickup is very irritating. You have to know your trailer number to pick up your load, which if a keyboard jockey doesn't forward it to another keyboard jockey, then it creates unnecessary delays. There's got to be a better way to find load info. If that improves, I will be glad to adjust this to five stars

If you are picking up a live load here be prepared to waste your time up! Appointments do not matter even if you are before time!
