This place is better than what the reviews say. Got here at 9:20am for a 9am appointment. Got into a door right away. 1.5 hours to load a full trailer. Check in was easy and they’re very friendly. I think the bad reviews come from people that don’t know how to act out in public. I was friendly and they were friendly in return. I’d definitely come here again.

Terrible place.
I’m here now
13:00 appoint and have been here for 5 hrs. Now no one is answering the phone. Trailer being sporadically and wayyy to hard. I wouldn’t suggest anyone come here. I actually think it’s because my shade is a bit darker. There has been many other drivers that have and come and gone since I have been here. Some going to the same place as me. This is beyond ridiculous. Especially having the office not even answer the phone nor explain to me what’s going. Do not come to Shaw in ringold ga.

I wish I could give no stars or negative stars. I had a 4pm pickup I arrived at 3:00pm and I'm still here at 8:00pm. When I ask one of the forklift drivers what's the ETA to being finished loading he advised that they were about to take lunch and then they would load the last 5 rolls and I would be finished. It's taking them a whole 8 hr shift to load a 53" trailer. This is the most mismanaged warehouse I have be to and I was driving during Covid. They have no regards for your time or money. Don't come here, you will miss you delivery and/or pickup of your next load.

Arrived at 12:30 pm, the nice lady at the guard house gave clear instructions. We had to call a number to get a dock assignment. We called and were quickly given a dock number. We were loaded in 30 minutes. Everyone is very friendly and helpful.

Easy enough to find, people was more than kind. My company had an owner operator loose his truck to a fire. I did not have any paperwork to go with the load. They understood the problem as the truck and papers was a ash. They got me to a dock and I was unloaded in a short time. I couldn't have asked for better.

Nice staff (Mr. Jim), and the young man at the gate guard was great and helpful his shift starts at 06:00.😊

Usually a great and smooth drop and hook.👍

However this plant's line was down for 2 days.😦 The carriers were not notified so on the 3rd day of the line being down drivers showed up only to find out they would not receive service.

A simple call to the carrier's of possible delivery delays, would have been great customer relations.🤔
