Brought white plastic powder to the site. (Gave the wrong address on load sheet. Anyway they made a huge mess in my trailer and when Ive complained, they gave me the attitude and blamed on the shipper. So i have a trailer that can be used unless i take to a wash and i need to get a shower. Bad plastic powder all over my body can’t be a healthy thing.

I drove up at 8 a.m. (appointment time), I thought I was at a wrong address. The facility parking lot was not full there wasn't a lot of traffic in and out. I pressed the button on the big call box. Then spoke with someone and drove around to the back of the building. Once i backed. in. I started my 30 min break. they did a fire drill. The fire drill ended and I was unloaded before my 30 minute break was over. Gret Job!!!

Maybe one day other manufacturing companies the size of Shaw Industries would follow the example.

very good place for unloading, I arrived at 8:00 am, I reported at the entrance using the telephone box, then I drove to the back of the building, I put the truck at the unloading door and they immediately started working ,, thank you very much, there is no overnight parking but there is a truck stop half a mile away,,.
