Shelves That Slide gave us kitchen cabinets that worked the way we wanted and didn't cost us a fortune. Our search for slide out drawers that fit our kitchen cabinets had become so frustrating that we were considering pulling out the base cabinets and replacing them with drawers. We tried wooden slide outs that mounted on top of the slides, but that cost us 2 inches of space at the bottom of the cabinet. Two tier steel slide outs were even worse. Then we found Shelves That Slide. Compared to the cost of replacing our cabinets and quotes we got locally for installing custom slide outs, getting the 10 pack of premium shelves was a bargain. When I called with questions about measurements, I got clear answers and easy to follow directions on how to make sure I ordered the correct size. Our order arrived quickly and the shelves were very easy to install. When installing the last of our 10 shelves, I noticed hardware on one side had been damaged in shipping (with a corresponding dent in the shipping carton). I was able to report the damage via email and within a few hours a replacement part was on its way to me. Adding slide outs to our cabinets has transformed our kitchen. We don't have to remove the stand mixer from the front of the cabinet to get to the blender behind it, we just slide out the drawer, and there it is. Finding the right pot or pan? Slide out and it's there. Looking for something in the pantry? No more rummaging through the shelves, just slide them out to find what we need.

We couldn't be happier with the quality of the sliding drawers, the easy installation, and the terrific customer service. Shelves That Slide was exactly what we needed to solve our kitchen storage problems.

I purchased 10 custom sliding shelves for our kitchen. They responded with my order confirmation the same day. They were incredibly responsive and kept communicating at every stage. My custom-made shelves were delivered to our door only 9 days later! The shelves were of the quality that was promised, and the packaging was very robust. The shelves came with all of the necessary mounting hardware, and the on-line installation instructions were extremely helpful. I ordered 1 of the shelves with incorrect dimensions (my mistake), and they rebuilt it to the size I needed for just the cost of two-way shipping. By the way, they were also the lowest cost shelves that I could find anywhere!

What an amazing company!!! One of the shelves on my 36” wide pantry came crashing down. I found this company online and emailed asking about a replacement. Within two hours the owner of the company responded. He asked for pictures and encouraged me to make the repair myself. He could have easily sold me a new shelf!

Over the course of two days told me the materials to purchase, how to make the repair and answered my questions when I got stuck. The pantry is better now than when it was new.

In a time where customer service is not always good, Shelves That Slide made me realize that there are great companies out there that are really concerned with good honest service. I’ll be replacing some base cabinet fixed shelves soon and this is the company I’ll use for my new sliding drawers. A+++++

I am very pleased with the sliding shelves I ordered from Shelves That Slide, and with the service I received.

Their on-line measuring guide and instructions were precise and specific. After I placed my order, I received a phone call from their sales department with some follow-up questions. Based on that call I modified my order to delete blind corner shelving. I received an e-mail from my credit card company less than half an hour after the phone call, notifying me that the refund for the deleted shelving had been placed.

That phone call was late on a Wednesday afternoon. The shelves were shipped the following Monday and I received them that Friday (Arizona to Florida), precisely on the day promised. The shelves and other components were very carefully packaged—shrink-wrap around each shelf and then again around the packaged shelves, then bubbled wrapped, with foam spacers to ensure no movement within the box.

The installation instruction were clear and easy to follow, although they were more complete on-line than on the printed sheet sent with the order. I found that using a marking pen to mark screw locations for the L-brackets, and then drilling pilot holes, made the installation easier. And yes, the process went faster with the later shelves than with the first.

The shelves fit perfectly, operate smoothly, and look good. And most important, my wife is happy.

Their attention to detail in checking on my order, their promptness and honesty in processing the refund, the quality of the shelves, and the care taken in packaging the product, were commendable. If I ever need more sliding shelves I would order from them again, and would recommend them to others, without hesitation.
