I recently purchased a pair of Nike shoes and have been attempting to return or exchange them for over two weeks. Despite numerous attempts, including multiple phone calls and emails, I have consistently encountered difficulties in reaching customer service.

When attempting to contact the company, I have been unable to reach the phone number provided. Additionally, calls have been disconnected, and emails have gone unanswered. The initial email I received instructed me to provide the packing slip, which I duly did. However, I have yet to receive a response within the promised 24-48 hours.

I ordered a pair of Jordans during Shoe Palace’s Cyber Monday sale 2024. Once I opened the box, there’s no paper covering the shoes and all I see is “stretch marks” on the shoes as it has been worn. I picked up one shoe and saw the toe of the shoe is ceased like someone tipped toed in them. I emailed Shoe Palace and I did receive a response saying I will receive a prepaid label to get my full refund. 48+hrs later, called and replied to email, no response. Worse customer service ever! I hope Shoe Palace bankrupt and vanish!!!!

*DO NOT BUY*If I could give them zero starts I would. Returned a pair through usps on 1/3 they arrived on 1/6 to their return facility. I was able to speak to someone last week they said it was still within the processing window. Called today to follow up and they told me my return packaged arrived empty! When I dropped it off it weighed 3lbs and i have tracking information. This is not right. Do not purchase from them. I will not stop here according to the young lady the contents were taking the some point from the post office which I don't believe. I will be filing a police report for mail theft. This is not right .

I’d give no stars but you have to click something to review. I had an issue with a missing package and not only did it take a month for a response, but there’s also “nothing they can do” to help so I have to pay for shoes I never received still. I placed an order, decided I wanted to cancel it and was told I’m not able to after days of it sitting and not being processed. Then when my shoes “arrived”, they were someone else’s in the house order with MY tracking number attached to it. Even though I’ve ordered plenty of times before, there’s nothing they can do since an order with my tracking number was delivered. I don’t know who did my order or whatever, but this has been terrible service. Now I’m stuck paying for a product that I never received. Just another poor way to try and get sneakers nowadays. I won’t be ordering again because I know now if there’s an issue, I won’t get any help. You live and you learn I guess.

I ordered a pair of Jordan 4 retro white thunders and only received one shoe and the box was so damaged!!! This is really disappointing first time buying shoes online and I had the most disappointing experience ever !! never again will I order shoes online….

Ordered a pair of shoes that cost $187.00 they sent me the incorrect color. I sent an email twice and no response. Will have to return and do a charge back if they don't a full refund.

Can’t get in contact with anyone. I placed an order over a month ago and got product. I returned product by Sending it back ups. I called customer and emailed on three different occasions and no one has yet to return my call or email back. I would like my money or something back.
