Their drivers have no regard for anyone else on the road. This driver was weaving through traffic barely giving anyone any time to react to his erratic lane changes. He was following traffic at half a car length (not truck, car length) even though traffic was going at least the speed limit if not faster. If the vehicles in front of him had to slam on brakes for an emergency, he would have hit someone, potentially injuring them seriously.

Totally unhelpful service department. I purchased a home with Silver Line Windows already installed. Many are having balancer issues and not staying up, and slamming down, causing a safety concern. I called Silver Line simply to ask if they had a list of approved vendors or contractors who I could reach out to for a service call (not a warranty call, but to pay them). They were incredibly unhelpful. So, not only are the windows bad, but the service is too. Highly do NOT recommend.

I'll start out stating that I'm a 35 yr old professional residential contractor with over 15 years experience. I'm extremely busy, so I called in a order for windows to my local supplier. We use silverline. Order was late being filled, to start, on the arrival date they never showed by 4:00pm. My supplier called to find out where order was. Silverline had no idea...? couldn't reach the driver by phone & GPS would not show where truck was at. So the next day my supplier called again & found out they had a breakdown. Apparently the driver didn't inform anyone, resulting in order being postponed yet again. To add to frustration order will not be delivered until late afternoon, wasting another day of my time!!! I was assured 3 days in advance of original delivery date they would be delivered. So I pushed off other work inorder to be free for installation, project had extreme urgency. So now I've lost money putting off work for product that never arrived. Even though my supplier, customer, or employees aren't at fault, they couldn't push my order to a mourning delivery? Silverline made fools of my supplier & myself for relaying the inaccurate information. In short I will never recommend them, never again use them, or refer them business. I will however spread the news in every conversation, forum, & social media of apparent lack of organization & professionalism displayed by Silverline & it's employees. I'm completely disgusted & disappointed at the service provided, & very angry I have to apologize to my customer for a major mistake I have no control over... further more this may cost me future business with my customer! Absolutely unacceptable! Get your products from somewhere else, these people are terrible to do business with. -VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

I have a failed glass panel and need a replacement
I Sent picture and order number when windows was made, online request.
3 weeks later nothing.
Have called and been put hold now 3 separate days for over 2 hours each time.
Ridiculous, there is NO customer service.
I’d give a zero star if one exists

Very tied space a lot of products Infront of docks but jacket will help you to put trailer on dock don’t try by yourself I get night time I sleep Infront of the dock but no overnight parking
