I used this company in January 2025. The moving crew was polite, but did not set up my furniture properly at the new location. One of my boxes went "missing" during the move, and the company contact did not seem to care. Not a good experience !

We hired simple solutions in December to move our household. The move seemed to be going well we treated them to lunch and gave one of them and expensive exercise bike we no longer used. It was toward the end of the day and move we gave them all a nice tip. Well that was a mistake. At the end of the move they dropped a brand new refrigerator putting significant dents in the door. Instead of having 2 guys moving it there was only one and it wasn't strapped to the dolly. Ok, so accidents happen. To make things worse right after they left I discovered that 2 of my coin banks were missing that I had moved and they were sitting on a shelf in the house in an they were not in very long. Each can had approximately $250. I tried keeping an eye on them but I can't be everywhere all during the whole move. I called the moving company to file a complaint and they seemed totally apathetic and referred me to ia contractor that handleds their damage complaints. Well so far the contractor doesn't seem any better. More to come. A lot of my irritation is the attitude of the office when I called.

We used Simple Movers for our 135-mile move last week. Angelo Sosa coordinated the move and Beth came the day before to record the inventory. The movers unloaded our house one day and loaded our destination house the next day. They were terrific.

They wrapped our important furniture pieces before loading, which provided good protection as there were very few scratches and mars after the move. Part of the move included a very large cabinet with a mirrored back. The top mirror cracked in the move, and they offered to take the cabinet off for repair and return it to us but we felt that it just wasn’t worth their trouble after such a good move. They loaded and unloaded the almost-100 boxes we packed ourselves, and there was breakage on only one item.

Cam, Christian, DJ, Johnny J, Scoop, and TJ were great. We were specific as to which room each item went and they carefully took instruction, were all hardworking, and teamed extremely well.

I have used a lot of moving companies over the years, but Simple Moving Solutions is by far the best! From the first call to book the appointment to the last piece of furniture that was placed it was a great experience. The movers Chris H. and Greg were on time, polite, hard working, and extra careful with everything they touched. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. Thanks for going above and beyond to make this move go so smoothly.

Requested a quote, which I received. Told the guy I’d let him know, that I was going to get additional quotes. He promptly told me I’d get what I pay for, that they are the best, etc., convincing me to hire them. I told him I needed part of my furniture moved to my new home, part placed in storage while my basement was being finished. He said he’d help me out with that, that he’d look for a storage facility near my new home. Come to find out, the storage facility was their own company in Dublin, rather than near me. Interesting since my city is listed as one of their locations. I ended up having to pay not only for their storage, but for them to transport my items to and from Dublin to my home! This company is in it only for the money! They do not care about the customer.
Also…. Before I knew I was being taken by this company, I recommended them to my friend. She has had NOTHING but problems with them, now they won’t return her phone call.
It’s also interesting that this company operates under at least two names, Simple Moving and Crown Transport. Not sure how many other names they have.

My furniture move had to be split into two separate days because I have a lot of furniture. I had the same group of guys each time and they were excellent! They were super gentle with my furniture and great care was taken with each piece. Of note is that a champagne flute was left in a corner china cabinet that no one was aware of. That champagne flute made the move without so much as a chip in it! I cannot say enough good things about the group that moved me and I would give them 10 stars if I could.

This company is by far the best. They arrived on time, blanket and shrink wrapped every piece of furniture. They treated your furniture like it was there's. Derrick was an absolute wizard he knows how to use every inch of space. There pricing was the best. When the owner shows up and helps with the move you can't ask for anything better. We moved from Mcdonough to Blairsville GA. I highly recommend them for all your moving needs. Very efficient they give military discount. When we move into our new home we will use them again soooo pleased.

Angelo was awesome to work with in setting up the move. He listened carefully and gave a very reasonable estimate based on our inventory. On move day, Christian (team lead), Chris, DJ, and Jay showed up promptly and got right to work. Even in 95 degree weather, they did not break. They were very respectful and took great care with our belongings. They took time to place everything just where we wanted, put everything back together, and even moved a few pieces around for us as we changed our mind. We couldn’t have asked for a better team of movers than these four young men. They were professional and outstanding to work with. Overall, it was a pleasure to work with Simple Moving Solutions and we would definitely choose them again.
