"Not At All Happy With My Service"
I took my vehicle to CDJR of Florence for routine service under a $4,000 maintenance package I purchased after buying the car. Initially, I was pleased with their service. They even sent me a video update during the service, which I appreciated. After leaving, I noticed a strange sound that wasn’t there before. About a week later, I returned to have it checked out, and they diagnosed it as either a tire balancing or a wheel bearing issue.

They called me later to inform me that they had replaced missing wheel weights and that my wheel bearing was going bad. The fact that my car was missing wheel weights was surprising, as I’ve only visited this mechanic for service since purchasing the car. It left me questioning whether the weights were missing when I bought the vehicle or if they were removed during one of their services.

I was charged $250 for the diagnosis and the wheel weights, which felt unnecessary considering I had just spent so much on the maintenance package. That being said, after they fixed the issue, the sound was gone, and the car drove smoothly again.

While the problem seems to be resolved for now, the overall experience left me feeling uncertain about whether I received the full value of the service and unclear on why I was charged for something like this. I appreciate the repairs, but I wish the process had been better.

Had my jeep towed in on a Saturday when they were closed. The advisor called me early the next business day to get the story. Very quickly they diagnosed my issue, and identified other issues. They were very up front with cost options and provided multiple options to keep cost down where possible. Runs like a top so far.

We brought the truck in because of a surging after a recall on the truck was done by your shop. We wanted to be sure the surging was not from what you did on the recall. It would have been nice to know up front there would be a $250.00 charge for you checking to be sure it wasn’t from the recall. Let me add to this review drive the truck this morning first thing truck is still surging when you first drive it in the morning. But it didn’t do it when it was in your shop? It didn’t do this before the recall?
