This school does a very poor job with communication. Class starts tomorrow and we still haven't heard back with any information. Been calling the office for about 3 weeks and no one has returned a single call. When we attended open house in January they assured us we would get a student portal and login information through email. Took are scrub size and however we are still waiting.....

I don't know what to do anymore. On one hand, I'm just going to try to look past it, finish college, and move on to do something else. On the other hand, I could do a Medical Assistant or Sterile Processing school to learn something more just to get my foot in the door.

I wasted 10 months and roughly 6k just to have the school not bother to help me and give me terrible advice for becoming a Surgical Tech.

I just need an externship, but the school won't even help me even get into that.

I haven't found a single place willing to hire without finishing clinicals, but anyone else with some other prior forms of medical experience will have a better chance.

Ironically, I'm stuck between not being hired due to not finishing clinicals and not finishing clinicals because I can't get into an externship.

“It is regrettable to express my dissatisfaction with the service provided by Singleton Surgical Institute. The lack of professionalism was evident throughout our interaction. Delays were frequent, and communication was poor. Moreover, the promised results were not delivered, leaving me feeling like my time and money were unjustly wasted. Overall, a disappointing experience that I cannot recommend to others.”
