In and out. Had to scan QR code to check in then received a text with instructions. 30 min wait time max. Good Job Guys. ✌️

Idiot Shipper, came here for pickup. After checking-in told me to park and wait for text. No response after 2:30 hr, other trucks are getting loaded. Then ask the shipper how long for my load, he said cant load a refer. It’s good if you tell me at check in.

Twice I've been here and I've been in and out within 1.5 hours for unloading. I drive to the back warehouse, park to the right accross from the docks (it's a roomy space), walk in to check in at the kiosk (restrooms a little further down from it), park between 1-9 along that first building you pass going to the rear (there's a sign by the kiosk for a visual on which docks they want you in for the waiting period) and they call me shortly after with a door.

Staff was friendly and loading time not really outrageous. But they don’t seem to know how to load a van trailer properly. I was 5000 pounds heavier on my trailer axles than my drives with no way to make it legal..

Loading took like 2 1/2 hours if you picking up rools. Because rolls are not on pallets. Gave door right away and start loading

Appt. time 11AM. Arrived 10:45 am. Confirmed we had appt. A truck was loading so we thought not too long. Waited for hours, trucks came in, got loaded and left all day. Finally walked in and they said they would get us loaded by end of day. Left at 3:38.Just inconsiderate and unnecessary.
