I cannot save enough POSITIVE things about the fine folks at Smith-Gray Electric ⚡️ Let me start by saying THANK YOU a thousand times over to Ty Rutan! Ty took my call early this morning, listened intently as I described the issue and even walked me through a few spot check tips to avoid the house call. That in of itself speaks volumes. Rather than diagnose the “symptoms” he listened and offered helpful solutions. You rock Ty!!!

A few hours later Ty’s electrician Dave arrived at our residence and it was even more of the same. A heartfelt greeting and a willingness and desire to let me explain the situation. Within an hour Dave determined the problem was the wiring in a faulty floodlight outside (something I would have NEVER considered) and that caused the breaker to kick. He fixed the problem and even double checked to make certain the outlets worked, the breaker box was good and the lights affected all functioned properly!
