10 pm unload of OCC. no wait. In and out in 48 minutes. I couldn’t see the sign when pulling in. Doesn’t reflect well at night. Loading is straight and unloading turns right in the right lane. Hard hat safety glasses and vest.

Showed up at 12:40pm for 12:30pm appt. Picking rolls of paper up. Pulled up at guard shack. Gave directions to check in area along with a paper to fill out, PU # etc. Turn left follow the road to drop lot. Check in, slide tandems to the rear back trailer up to dumpster for inspection. No debris and especially nails sticking out of floor. Can sweep out if necessary and they even provide a broom. Was put in door 1 immediately and was loaded in under an hour. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant.

If you come here, you better pack your lunch you can never get in and out of here you’ll be here at least five hours nine out of 10 times this place sucks today. I have been here over eight hours and I am still not unloaded. It looks like it will be three more hours. I was unloading recycle bales. I had a 8:00 PM appointment. I got here at 7:30 PM right now. It is after 2 o’clock in the morning and it looks like it will be two more hours or more. This place really sucks.

Truly shameful and awful. Be prepared to wait for hours. I’m definitely declining westrock loads moving forward. It’s just not worth the trouble. I pulled up having to go #2 and realized there was no way I was holding it until after I was unloaded. There is one dirty porta potty available. I took a dumb in a Kroger bag in my truck and dropped it outside as I was waiting

Receiving is FCFS after checking in. They will take you a hr early and late of yr appt time. There are no truck stops close by so if you try to arrive earlier, unless your extremely lucky, they will turn you away. They have 3 docks but now they have changed it to 2 and the dock to the left is only for First Fleet. If they have nothing to unload than other trucks can use it. Also it’s only one person who unloads so one truck at a time. Once they start unloading you it’s fast. They also provide a area by the docks to sweep out trailer.

Had a sat morning appointment for a dry van pick up. Checked in an hr early and was out within the hour. Must have a clean trailer theyll have you back into a dumpster to sweep it out. They WILL inspect your trailer with you after the sweep. Got loaded with paper rolls...Porta John's on site if needed.

My appointment was at 9 am. I got here at 8:30. I backed up to a dock around 9:30. He started loading me at 9:50. I have been here before when there were 10 + trucks waiting to be unloaded. But, I must say this time around was fast.

And, if it's your first time here please note there are 3 docs and one of them you can not see from the stop sign.
