Terrible experience with this company. We wanted a simple 3 step railing outside our front door because my wife has had a hip replaced and her brother is an amputee Vietnam vet. It started over six months ago and we still have not gotten any results. We've spoken to at least four different people in the company. They performed a site survey, gave us a quote, we gave them a deposit and they didn't honor it. They strung us along for months by promising installation dates. At one point, they stated that our salesperson had left the company and that they didn't do residential work. Just as another review mentioned, Melissa in the accounting office is very terse. I've given up trying to work with them and opened a case with the BBB.

They really should get zero stars, but this was the lowest i could give. Wanted to do some business with them but this lady who I spoke with named Melissa was probably one of the rudest people I have met. Trying to explain my situation and things I was needed and I basically was talked too like I didn't matter. I would never recommend them to anyone I know.

Sandi helped us select new railings for our house..she photoshopped our decision on a picture, and answered any questions we had. They were installed according to the time line they promised. Easy process…very pleased with the result
