My second time coming here and the service was amazing. I was greeted as soon as I walked in, I was greeted at the back meat counter, the store was very clean and organized. This is now my go to meat market and it’s in my neighborhood.

Lived on Elmwood St with no car. Was the only place that didn't sell junkfood within walking distance other than American deli. Owners and staff are awesome and the selection is very respectable.

Ordered two fried lobsters. One was burnt and both were extremely salty. I called the store to let them know and the manager all but REFUSED to compensate me in ANY kind of way even though I have the receipt. He was not very understanding at all. Had every excuse in the book how he cooks the food and he does not use that much seasoning. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. If I could do zero stars I would.
