I have had a horrible experience from the start. My cabinets were incorrect for starters. When I called to let them know, I was treated as if I had made the mistake. The person I spoke with was beyond rude to the point where I refused to deal with the company directly. They have been out several times and each time my cabinets have looked worse. My cabinets have been patched so many times they are multicolored with 2 different finishes. Some of my hardware was even sprayed so now I have matte and satin hardware. My cabinets look HORRIBLE and this is a new build! I will be reaching back out to my builder because what we have is unacceptable.

Our builder used Southern Cabinetry & Millworks, Inc to install the cabinets in our new construction home. Within a few months the drawer was falling off the tracks. We put a warranty claim in and they sent someone back out. The man tightened the tracks but said that the tracks were not the right size for the massive drawers they installed. He said we would have to pay to have new tracks installed despite their company being the ones to install the wrong sized tracks.

We dealt with the drawer continuously falling for over three years. I called Southern Cabinetry & Millworks, Inc to see if someone could come back out and have the right size track installed. I knew we would have to pay for this and explained we knew this and were ok with that. The lady the answered was rude and said they didn't install our cabinets. She said she would check with the owner and call me back. Meanwhile I called the builder and got confirmation that Southern Cabinetry & Millworks, Inc did install the cabinets.

No one called me back so I followed up the next day. The same lady answered and was rude again. She said it was up to the owner if he would come out three years later to replace the tracks that were the wrong size. Again, WE WERE GOING TO PAY FOR THIS! We never expected anything to be fixed for free, we just wanted the drawers and to work.

Clearly there's a reason this company has one star. Unfortunately our neighborhood was the only neighborhood our builder used this company. It's pretty clear why. They are not only rude but their work is also questionable.

We still have yet to receive a call back. Customer service is terrible. We've used other cabinet companies in the area with past houses and NEVER experienced this. Stay away from this company.

Brought several cabinets to get repainted and finished after calling to verify that the work could be done. Dropped cabinets off and then no word, called 1 week later receptionist answers and take info again to return call, days later no return call, called again supposedly in meeting and will return call, days later no call, finally able to get ahold 3 weeks later. Still work not done or any info on the length of time required. I requested my cabinets back and would never go there again. Terrible follow up and waste of time. They just string you along day after day week after week.

Poor customer service!!! Employee yelling and hanging up on you is ridiculous. Would not recommend.
