I was extremely satisfied last year but this year I debating on whether or not to take another deer back. My deer was 96 pounds hang weight and I managed to get 15 lbs of ground 3 packs of tenderloins, and 4 packs of steaks along with 2 of the 4 roast I asked for. I got more meat out of the smaller deer I brought last year. Vacuum seal was great last year but this year I had to re package about 1/3 of what I got.

We just got our deer back and we got like 6 steaks and the rest was all ground meat when we had requested as many steaks as possible. Overall cost us around $235 for what was said to be around 77 lbs (bone in) and the skin/gut. Overall pretty disappointed

As someone who never leaves reviews, I had to on this one. I brought in a deer that they said was 88 pounds hanging weight. It was already cleaned and skinned, yet it cost $182 for just steak's and burger, no sausage or anything extra. Way too expensive for such a basic butcher job.

Quality products and great service. The new habanero snack sticks are amazing. Not overly spicy but loaded with flavor. If you don’t have this added to your processing order, you’re missing out.

Little disappointed on how long is taking to get my order 2 weeks now for a few sucks of summer sausage and beer sticks. I will continue this review when i get my order.
