I called ahead and was told I could come in whenever was convenient for me. Brad was very helpful and listened to the issues I was having with my mask. He made suggestions and fitted me to a different style. He was very professional and gave some helpful advice.

I have been using Southern Home for about 2 years now, I caught covid and was in the hospital for a couple of months and since using them they have been such a blessing I have had several issues where I needed supplies and they literally stop what they are doing and make it happen they were even going to come out in the snow for me Brad and his team are the BEST i have ever had for medical supplies his customer service is top rated and I do not know what I would have done this far without him and his team Thank you Southern Home for everything i highly recommend using this company it is the only one for me

My bipap device order was placed with Southern Home Respritory who is in network for my insurance. I then got contacted by a company that apparently is associated with Southern Home Respritory called ROTECH who, according to my insurance, is not in network. Rotech wanted to send me the BIPAP device and wanted me to sign a document which among other things said I would be responsible for payment for this device if my insurance did not pay for it. ROTECH told me they would be billing my insurance, not Southern Home Respritory. ROTECH is NOT in my insurance network so I would have had to pay for the device if I did not cancel my order. This would have cost me at least $1,000 according to my insurance if it was billed by a company not in my insurer's network. The device would have been free under my coverage if the provider of this medical device was in my insurer's network. My insurance said that ROTECH is not in their network. I will not do business with this company going forward.

Everyone at the Brunswick, GA location has been very helpful, not only with the setup but also the manual adjustments of the equipment. They have provided my service for several years and I have been very happy with them.

Bradley is a great sales representative, give my husband excellent service for respiratory equipment in home. When buying oxygen at the store he is very profesional, knowledgeable and friendly.

Very difficult to reach on the phone. Didn't bill me or contact me for 6 weeks, and then sends me overdue bill after I called to DC service. It has been over 2 weeks and machine still has not been picked up. Almost an hour on phone today with 800 numbers to try and resolve since local office not doing anything.

Very poor customer service in the phone. No word of honor. They promised to call you back and nothing. All left hanging on the air. Ridiculous!
