I searched online for someone who could build me me a custom grill or better known in Europe as a Parrilla and came across Southland Creations. I met with Jim and explained to him that through my travels to Spain and Argentina that this was the type of grill they used and it was exactly what I wanted. Jim was very professional,detail oriented and very reasonably priced. He finished my dream grill ahead of time expected. The quality and workmanship was above and beyond I expected.This without a doubt is the best grill I ever owned. I will be ordering another one to give as a gift to a relative.
