Best 3 1/2 hours of Labor Day Friday...Lost. Left empty handed. 3rd rate operation on the shipping side of it. O/O OTR DRIVERS, give this one a miss unless you want to eat up your clock. Better luck next door at Calvert.

This place is not for owner Ops nor lease Ops. These people have no respect for time so if you are a time oriented driver stay away from this place. They'll have you sitting for 6+ hours to get loaded while other drivers who checked in after you get loaded before you. The only loading area that shows respect for time is 226..... I HATE THIS PLACE

One hour later and I'm still sitting by bay 6 waiting to get called in after I got the text to pull up to the door.

Important note: MAKE SURE YOU HAVE FOOD ON YOUR TRUCK BEFORE YOU COME HERE!

9.5 hours to get loaded, there's a few trucks that got here before me still sitting in the holding lot waiting so come prepared to sit and wait, at least they have a outhouse for you to use even if it's nasty and stinks

4 years ago I left a one star review because there is no Receiving hours on Google map, now still the same. But I can fix it for you 😉

I was unloaded fast, and luckily the main storeroom building is before the main gates, so you don't have to drive 20 minutes to find a building.

Update: there is overnight parking I guess, around 15 of them right before the entrance.

If you are picking up a live load they can be slow as molasses on a winter day. You may get in and out within an hour some days and wait as long as 6 hours on others. If the train is blocking the road when you first turn in, expect 30 minutes to an hour wait

With all the equipment you have, i thought the previous reviews are wrong and i said my waiting time is going to be 30 mnts but i endup waiting exactly what other trucks have been saying 5 hours and I'm still waiting.
Guys, stay away from this dirty place.

1:45 AM, they knocked on my door to load me (9 hours waiting for my pickup)

always loaded in a timely manner, safty oriented and very friendly workers . if you run out of time you can park there or there is a store less than 2 miles away that allows parking . would recommend doing business with SSAB Axis, Alabama .
