This person is a liar. He defamed us on our Google profile pretending to be a client. He is not our client. He wrote;

"Tried to receive a quote on a pool from this company, the customer service was horrendous. I sent exact specs of a pool that I had built in 2003 and was just looking for a ballpark when the customer service agent went into a tirade. I would not recommend anyone use a company that berates a potential customer for asking for a simple quote when you provide them with full specs and a blueprint."

- He never sent us a "Blueprint" of anything. And we do NOT quote pools over a text message. When we told him we were unable to quote a pool construction over text but would be happy to talk to him to get more info, he became insistent. He never spoke with or texted "the owner", we never spoke to him once despite inviting him to call us to discuss his project.

We ask that Google do the right thing and remove his liable rhetoric from our profile.
