I needed an emergency fix for an RV broken slide out roller. I emailed Jacoby on Friday evening asking for a Saturday repair. He called later that evening and said he was obligated Saturday but would pick up the parts on his way home and would return it to me later Saturday or Sunday morning. He picked the pieces up about 2:30. He called me around 4:30, said parts were ready. We had gone to dinner nearby and he met me at the restaurant. He had fabricated a replacement piece, welded it on, reinforced it and painted it. He and his wife had re-scheduled part of their evening together me back on the road. I cannot thank them for the service, the quality of the repair, and the care provided. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
