was scheduled between 9am through 11am is what i was told. Michael, ( tech that came out ) called and asked if he could come over earlier i told him no problem! he came out and looked at what i wanted checked out and made sure everything was to where i liked it and he liked it as well and went on his way, everything went great! highly recomend

The technician was great. I was going to call about having him possibly come back and give me a quote on a whole new HVAC system. After the way the front office treated me I will not be using this service again. We are currently trying to sell our home and I’d asked the technician to have it written up to where it showed that we had had the unit serviced and they had added some Freon to it. That was it. Kristina Harrell went out of her way to write a snarky message that I was trying to sell my home so I refused to fill the full Freon level and I only put in 4 1/2 pounds instead of the 13 needed. It’s literally almost $200 for the first pound and $99 after that. I was fresh off of making upgrades to my home and didn’t have an extra $1500 laying around. I obviously couldn’t hand that receipt to the potential buyers. When I ask her if she could remove that part and just put that I had put the 4 1/2 pounds in it and the unit was serviced. She claimed that she would see what she could do and get back to me on Monday. Well it’s been a month now and I’ve heard nothing. She’s was very condescending when speaking to her saying they had to cover themselves. I wasn’t asking her to say the unit was in perfect order just that it was serviced, Freon was added and it was working. Hopefully she’s not the owner. My old unit is older my husband want to just update the whole system, but after having to deal with this woman, I would not do business with superior again, even though the tech did nothing wrong Just knowing how the office runs I would not want to give them my business.

Recently had Superior cleaning my A/C ducts. House built in 1996 thought it was due. They came and evaluated the condition of each units ducts (3). It was suggested that the main level be cleaned. They came and provided the service in a very professional manner. While on property, one of the Tech's (Brandon)noticed that the compressors outside had accumulated significant mud and debris around the cooling coils. They recommended installing raised platforms and cleaning the coils. It was amazing how much trash came out of each unit. They cleaned and raised each unit. Done professionally.

this was my first experience with Superior. They had a tech out within the hour, and had my HVAC issue fixed almost immediately. their pricing was more than fair. Everyone was very pleasant and easy to communicate with. They have a new regular customer for our house on lake Sinclair!! Furthermore I will be looking into their ability to take on all of my construction work if this is the level of service they provide! I am a very happy customer. You will be too!!
