As a board member of a long-established multi-agency charitable organization in SE Florida, I was part of a committee to increase public awareness of our organization’s work in the community. We knew we needed professional guidance, and interviewed several public relations firms to guide our process. We selected Susan Nefzger PR & Web Marketing for several reasons: her vast experience with other non-profits; her knowledge and capabilities with social media and web marketing; and her ability to coordinate the work we needed to accomplish with other professionals (i.e., video, writing, and editing personnel).
